He has also done certification programs in Microeconomics and Finance from University of Phoenix in the year 2013. Recently in 2015 he completed Advanced Program in Strategic Management from IIM Calcutta. He brings with him a rich and diversified experience of 23+ years in finance and supply chain management and has served at various positions in companies like EnY, Godfrey Philips India Ltd., Perfetti India Ltd. He is currently the Associate VP and Head Business Operations in Godrej Consumer Products Limited.

Rajib Basu is a CA, Cost Accountant and a Management Graduate from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Currently Partner in KPMG, he heads the Risk and Compliance Services, Forensic and Accounting Advisory services in the firm. Previous to his currentl role as partner, he was with Price Waterhouse Coopers as an Associate Director heading Risk Advisory Services in the Eastern Region of the country. His area of expertise is Enterprise Risk Management, Sarbanes Oxley and corporate Governance Support, mainly to large and mid sector clients. He helps his clients in streamlining their Operating Processes including internal control systems and helping them identify assess and manage their various business risks towards achieving their business objectives. He has project been responsible for large client engagements in India, UK, Bhutan and Srilanka and has been selected in past as the top talent in PWC. He is also credited with authoring thought leadership publications with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr Sanjay Kulkarni currently heads the Specialty Polymer Business of Ester Industries Ltd. Mr Kulkarni is a Chemical Engineer from KREC (now recognized as NITK) by qualification and has extensive experience of more than 35 years in Polyesters, Nylon & Engineering Plastics. He has expertise in manufacturing, R&D, Business Development and has experience in entire range of Polyesters for applications in textiles, packaging and engineering plastics. He has been the main inventor and force behind 35 patent applications filed (out of which about 20 have already been granted) in the USA, EU & India. Mr Kulkarni started his career as Manager in Century Enka Ltd for a period of 10 years succeeding as Vice president at Pearl Engineering systems famously known for its pearl pet bottles. It was no stopping for Mr Kulkarni when he ascended the position of director and president at Future Polyesters Limited where he revamped processes for improvements working across manufacturing to new business development. He also led R&D to develop customized special grade polymer products. Mr Kulkarni is currently serving as Business Head of specialty Polymers at Ester Industries India Limited.
