About Theme

The theme for Radix 5.0 is 'Embracing VUCA.'.

"It’s the catchall phrase for “Hey, it’s crazy out there”, defining the prevalent organizational scenarios in four distinct parameters - Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity, which has come to take root in emerging ideas in strategic leadership that are applicable across a wide range of organizations – from profit-making global conglomerates to education systems. Each element of VUCA serves to enhance the strategic significance of the VUCA foresight and insight as well as the behavior of groups and individuals in organizations. It is true to shed inhibitions and step into the VUCA world."
